Customers generally praise the product's appearance, with many describing it as looking good, professional, and sleek. The quality is also frequently highlighted as good and sturdy. Functionality is seen as a positive, with ample space for home office needs. However, opinions on assembly are mixed, with some finding it easy and others describing it as difficult or a "bear." There are also concerns about the metal being flimsy and the product's design not accommodating standard hanging file folders without modification.
