Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and striking style of this product, noting it looks great and ties spaces together. The size is also frequently praised as perfect for various rooms. However, opinions are mixed regarding quality and durability, with some customers reporting issues like uneven weaving, loose threads, and the rug not holding up well over time. Concerns were also raised about the color not being purely black and white, with other colored fabrics and threads mixed in.
