Customers say

Customers find the product to be comfortable and appreciate its neutral color, which is noted as being more gray than tan. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability and quality. Many reviewers report issues with the fabric pilling, pulling, and fraying shortly after purchase, leading to a worn appearance. Some also mention that cushions flatten quickly and the overall construction feels cheap for the price.
