Masterbuilt Gravity Series Pizza Oven

So far, I've only made 2 pizzas, but man! It's great! I love woodfired pizzas, and at 700°, it only takes 2.5-3 mins to get that perfect thin crust woodfired pizza!

If you like wood fired pizza this is a must. It's easy to install and use. It quickly comes to temperature, and will cook a pizza in 3-5 minutes. It only took me one use to figure out the ideal temperature and time for how I like my pizza (crisp with a little char). We make our dough from scratch, and it's fun to get creative. I will say, it doesn't come with a peel, and you will need one. Dust it with cornmeal before using, and your pizza will slide right off it.

I have recently started getting into making pizza and I bought this not expecting it help too much. But boy was I wrong. This made the process a lot easier and cooks the pizza perfectly all around. I honestly loved how my pizza turned out.

It saves a lot of time since you don't have to wait until the stone gets reheated. Setting up seems a bit scary at first, but it's very intuitive Love the Pizza oven!
