Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and elegant design of this product, noting it adds originality and a classy look to their furniture. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the color and finish, with some experiencing variations and an almost green hue, while others are pleased with the brass and matte black options. The size is also a point of contention, with several customers finding the product smaller than expected, though some still find it pretty and dainty.
