Purchased for my mom and she LOVES IT! She uses it for moving laundry from the laundry room back to her room, to bring in groceries from the car, and to move other things around the house so she doesnt have to carry them and worry about falling.

The supports do not stay in their holes so when I have to slightly lift the cart to get over a bump or door landing, I have to rearrange the unit. Also, it arrive with a couple of pieces broken, but does not affect usage. This is perfect for level areas.
