Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and brightness of this fixture, noting it looks more expensive than it is. The product is also praised for its ease of installation and suitable size for various spaces, particularly those with lower ceilings. However, opinions on the color are mixed, with some finding it to be a true aged brass while others feel the brass color appears spray-painted and the plastic cover should be glass.
