Our flush-fit design provides a clean, smooth handrail every time.
Designed to be installed without the use of tools. Simply use our Lido-Weld adhesive to secure the inside of the tube.
The cap is inserted into the 1.5" OD tubing (0.05' wall thickness). The insert is slightly smaller at 1.4" to fit in and bumps up flush to the end of the tubing. Metal Adhesive is recommended to secure the flush-fitting end cap into the tubing. The exposed part of the rim of the end cap's height is 1/8".
