Customers find the product easy to install and appreciate its attractive appearance. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple reports of the closer mechanism failing prematurely and parts breaking. Functionality is also a mixed bag, as while some enjoy the retractable screen and hidden closer, others experience issues with the closer's longevity and operation.
