Customers generally praise the quality and appearance of this product, noting it is better than options from big box stores and looks great. The material is described as solid wood by many, contributing to a sturdy feel. However, some customers have mixed opinions regarding the material, with a few finding it basic and cheap-feeling, and noting it is not truly white but off-white or beige. Functionality is also a point of contention, as while some find the doors work as expected and are easy to install, others report issues with the doors not staying shut or closing completely due to warped hinges and uneven edges.
