Customers report that the product is generally easy to install and functions well, with many appreciating its availability as a replacement part for older faucets. However, opinions on value are mixed, with some finding it expensive for what it is, while others consider it a good price for an OEM replacement. There are also consistent complaints about the lack of clear installation instructions, particularly regarding included flow restrictors.
