Customers appreciate the product's size, finding it perfect for small kitchens and limited counter space, while also noting its attractive appearance. The design is generally well-received for its functionality and modern look. However, a significant concern is the product's durability, with many reviews mentioning premature rusting and staining. Some users also noted that the bottom tray does not drain effectively, leading to water pooling.
