Customers praise the product's attractive appearance, noting its modern and beautiful design. The quality is frequently highlighted, with reviewers describing the hardware as solid and heavy, not hollow. The color options, particularly brushed gold and copper/rose gold, are well-received and noted to match existing fixtures. Customers also appreciate the weight and shape of the pulls, finding them easy to grip. Some minor concerns were raised about potential scratches upon unpacking and the reach of the pull jutting out.
