Customers find this product to be functional and a great space saver, particularly in smaller bathrooms. The appearance is generally well-received, with many appreciating its stylish look. Assembly is frequently described as easy and straightforward. The product is considered useful for providing additional towel storage and keeping towels organized and dry. However, some customers have noted issues with the size, finding it too large and causing the door to not open fully, or that the bars are too close together for towels to dry effectively.
