Perfectly packaged. Once I cut open the vacuum sealed bag the mattress pad puffed up rapidly. First opinion was ohhh this super soft. It is definitely for deep pocket mattress. I love that this comes with two options to use, the quilted cover and the memory foam. It came in a vacuum packed box but it was heavy. The quilted pillow top is plush but it doesn’t provide too much “pillow top”. The great thing is how deep the sides are. I haven’t tried the memory foam but it seems like a good quality memory foam..
