Alexavier Metal and Solid Brass Wall Light

Inspired by colonial gas lanterns flanking the doors of meetinghouses and taverns in sleepy New England villages, and lighting the entryways of clapboard-clad homes lining winding cobblestone streets, this traditional one-light outdoor wall lantern wears its American heritage with pride. Made from solid brass in a handsome metal finish, this delightful design showcases a raised octagonal backplate, a scrollwork shepherd’s hook arm, and a simple one-bulb fixture enveloped in clear, flat glass panels. Establish a timeless, inviting aesthetic on your front porch by setting a planked-top accent table between a pair of spindle-back rocking chairs. Install one of these lights on each side of the front door to illuminate the scene in a soft glow, then sit back with your better half and sip on a mug of hot coffee while enjoying the breeze.
