Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and vibrant color options, noting it as a gorgeous statement piece. However, some reviewers express disappointment with the components, specifically the hardware, which is described as two-toned and not accurately represented in product images. There are also concerns regarding the accuracy of product representation, with the color of the white oak finish appearing different from advertised.
