Customers praise the product's appearance, style, and ease of installation, noting it adds a classy and modern touch to rooms. While many appreciate the available colors, some found the "gold" to be a dull mustard and had to repaint it. Opinions on color are mixed, with some customers successfully painting the product to their desired finish. The size is generally well-received, fitting well around ceiling fans and accenting trey ceilings.
