Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its solid construction and beautiful finish. Many find it to be a great value for the price, with some plumbers impressed by its quality and expecting it to cost more. The finish is noted for its durability and resistance to cleaners. However, some users report issues with weak water flow unless the handle is manually held in a specific position, and the product may show water spots easily, requiring frequent polishing.
