Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, sleek style, and simple, modern design that complements the fireplace without obstructing the fire. Many note that it offers good value for the price. However, customers have mixed opinions about quality, with several reporting issues such as weak metal, loose mesh, missing screws, and dents upon arrival.
