Axis Pivot System Concealed Mechanical Self-Closing Door Hinge Kit

Axis Pivot System is a concealed mechanical pivot hinge system for residential pivot doors. SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum components provide an off-center pivot axis, mechanical self-closing action and hold-open positions at 90-degree intervals. The system supports doors up to 1,100 pounds (500 kilograms), subject to proper installation and project conditions. The minimum door thickness is 45 millimeters. Rotation up to 360 degrees depends on the opening and installation. Pivot hardware only; the door is not included. Verify compatibility, clearances and mounting conditions before fabrication.
