18KW Electric Swimming Pool Water Heater Thermostat Hot Tub Spa HWQ-RZ-18KW220V@SM

Features

• Intelligent temperature control, stable performance, safe and reliable Automatic constant temperature, can be set according to the required water temperature. The maximum set temperature is about 55 ° C. Safe and reliable, machine-adapted pressure switch. If the pressure is below the set value, the power supply is automatically turned off. Do not heat sea water or salt water.
• The thermostat must work with a water pump of adapted capacity. (If the pump and thermostat do not match, the flow rate is too small, the heating tube is dry and can be easily damaged.) 5.5KW-15KW heaters must work with a pump whose water flow is at least 177 ft3 / hour. 18KW-36KW heaters must work with a pump whose water flow is at least 353 ft3 / hour. 40KW-60KW heaters must work with a pump whose water flow is at least 530 ft3 / hour.
• It is recommended to use the thermostat with a circulating water pump: Operation sequence: First turn on the water pump and then the thermostat. Shutdown: first turn off the thermostat, wait for a while (10 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the power of the thermostat), and then turn off the pump. Reliable leakage protection devices must be installed and installed and put into operation by the responsible electrician. Monthly maintenance and inspection. The additional heating effect of the thermostat is better. Direct heating requires the use of a more powerful machine.
• Manual reset temperature switch Prevent water from burning dry and protect yourself from overheating Automatic shutdown in case of water shortage. The machine will not work if the pump is not started. It can effectively prevent water shortage and non-standard operation from damaging the machine. Temperature limit switches It automatically shuts off when the temperature reaches the temperature, and can automatically start the heating function after the temperature is lowered, which can effectively prevent damage caused by excessive machine temperature. Fuse Protection: If the current is too large, the fuse switch is immediately disconnected and the power supply is cut off. Power protection switches Use the AC contactor as a start switch. Regardless of the type of accident, you can quickly disconnect the power supply and protect the safety of the machine and people. Intelligent self-diagnosis function The control system continues to monitor the operating status of all parts of the heater and responds quickly, displaying appropriate warning messages for each incident to prevent damage or malfunction.
