Customers say

Customers report issues with installation, with some finding the product difficult to secure to the wall and the supplied hardware to be of poor quality. The design is criticized for its inability to hold toilet paper rolls securely, leading to them frequently falling off. Functionality is also a concern, as the product cannot be installed in both directions, and the small pin on the end does not adequately retain the toilet paper.
