Customers find this product to be comfortable and well-made, with many praising its quality and attractive appearance. The size is frequently highlighted as ideal for smaller spaces, and its ease of use for converting between a sofa and a bed is a significant advantage. While generally well-received, some users note that the product is quite firm, which may necessitate a mattress topper for enhanced comfort during sleep.
