Customers are highly impressed with the product's appearance, describing it as gorgeous and beautiful, often exceeding expectations. The material, particularly the marble, is frequently praised for its quality and solid construction, contributing to a luxurious feel. While the product is noted for its significant weight, which is generally seen as a positive indicator of its solid build, assembly is reported to be straightforward. However, some customers have experienced issues with quality, receiving damaged or scratched items, though customer service has been responsive in resolving these problems.
