Customers report significant issues with durability and reliability, with many units failing within a few years, often due to internal melting or broken springs. Functionality is also a concern, as doorbells frequently stop working, produce buzzing noises instead of ringing, or have a weak sound. Installation is typically handled by builders, but the product's poor longevity leads to repeated installation costs. Sound quality is described as poor, with some units producing unpleasant buzzing or electrical noises, and others being too quiet to hear.
