Customers find the product's appearance and color to be beautiful, with many appreciating the shades of green. However, some reviewers noted that the color was not as vibrant as depicted in photos and could appear as a light teal rather than the expected grey/blue. There were also mixed experiences with packaging, as some customers received broken tiles, while others had issues with delivery placement.
