Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance, sturdy build, and ideal size for smaller spaces. Many find the unit solid and well-made with a nice design. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly and overall quality, noting that the setup can be difficult and time-consuming, with some experiencing fragile engineered wood, misaligned drawers, and sticky drawer glides.
