Customers are pleased with the product's appearance, noting it looks beautiful and matches website images. The vanity is described as elegant, well-made, and accurately represented online. It arrives in pristine condition, well-packaged, and with functional components like dovetail drawers and soft-closing mechanisms. However, some customers experienced issues with warped cabinet doors, loose sink bracket bushings, and flimsy drawer rails, which were disappointing given the price.
