Customers praise the product's appearance, quality, and sturdiness, often noting its heavy and authentic look. The product is described as beautiful, well-built, and heavy-duty, with many finding it to be of excellent quality. However, some customers report that the finish scratches easily, and one review mentioned the plate sliding and damaging a door.
