Customers highly praise the product's appearance, quality, and sturdiness, often describing it as beautiful, heavy, and well-built. Many reviewers appreciate the substantial weight and authentic look, noting it enhances their doors. However, some customers have experienced issues with durability, specifically that the finish scratches easily.
