Customers overwhelmingly praise the product's beautiful appearance, with many describing it as unique, elegant, and resembling carved wood. The quality is frequently highlighted as excellent, with some users noting its durability over time. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the accuracy of product representation, with some customers finding it does not match the images, particularly concerning veining. Additionally, while the color is generally well-received, one review mentioned it showed water stains and remained wet.
