Easy to install and my husband loves it!

Great idea especially for my wife who cannot reach the upper bar to hang her clothes without a step stool. The instructions indicate it takes 20 minutes to install. WOW got it in in 10 minutes. easy going

It's a great idea for hanging clothes in high ceiling closets. Once you put clothes on it, it is a bit unstable when you pull it down. It goes crooked or 'warped'. Had to buy a library stool for our other hanging sections so could have saved the money on this unit. Also, would not recommend for heavy clothes like coats etc. way too unstable.

Works great for the small items hung. Seemed a little thin for heavier clothing.

I love these a lot. When you first install them they are kind of hard to pull down if in a wheel chair when there is nothing on them But when cloths are on it , it comes down much ease and love the fact that they are so easy to push up and then they go up the rest of the way on there own..

Very excited about this product to make my closet more functional! Only downside is that it was either not packaged well or just not cared for during shipping because I ordered three of them and all three arrived in completely beat up boxes. Thankfully it looks like all the parts are intact so I’m hopeful that there won’t be any surprise issues during installation.

This closet rod is exactly what I needed. Easy to assemble but the directions aren’t very clear and there were a lot of extra pieces and screws.

It was the perfect thing for my closet. I can now hang my slacks full length and not have to stand on a ladder to put them away. I know you offer installation services, but my husband is very handy and was able to install it in less than half an hour.
