So much more beautiful in person. The color is a rich navy and the hammered textured is well done. Good quality stoneware that has some weight to it. All of my pieces arrived unbroken and in great condition. Elegant with a twist and I have already gotten so many compliments on this set.

I was looking for smaller size dinner plate set and landed on this one. The standard width for a dinner plate is 10.5" and these are 9.75". The set is very pretty, I've had it for quite a few months and nothing chipped or broke, it endured lots of dishwasher cycles without losing any color. I also recommend getting the matching four 6" plates since this design lets you use plates as covers, and the 6" plates cover the bowls in this set.

Love these plates. I have had them over a year and not one single scratch. They look brand new.
