This large, heavy, powerful, quiet converter runs all of the appliances I acquired while living in Europe. As the frequency is not converted (in my case its input is 225VAC at 60Hz and its output is 250VAC at 60Hz), items with motors (such as power tools) that expect 50Hz will run faster than designed, while items with resistance (such as my Sigg Raclette grill) are indifferent.
