About This Product

Solid polyester poplin fabric made into a curtain rod sleeve topper with a top and bottom ruffle. Each sleeve has a 3 inch pocket in the middle with a header/footer ruffle. The ruffles are caused by scrunching the material together. Please choose size and quantity accordingly. *Due to different monitor settings, some colors may seem slightly different on your screen.
