When the first Coastal Mrs. Claus arrived, she had a sizable round yellow stain on the back of her white dress. Was probably sewing machine oil. I called Customer Service and they sent me a shipping label to return her. Upon their receiving her, they immediately shipped out the second Coastal Mrs. Claus, who arrived in perfect condition. Customer service rep made it very easy to exchange the two. Her hair is so pretty as well as her elegant outfit and accessories. She is absolutely beautiful.
