I wanted a tree that was no fuss. Easy to set up and take down. I wanted a grinch style tree. I decided to go with this one because it is a tinsel tree and pre lit. I figured a green tinsel tree would be sufficient for what I was looking to achieve. Imagine my surprise when I got it and realized it has the option to make it droop on the side like a grinch tree! It is more of what I would call a pop up tree. The pole seems to be a little wobbly but when I got it up it is sturdy. It is also tricky getting it to flow straight as you can see the way it hangs when lit. There are no directions really. They are of no help. You basically just have to play with it. Thats how I figured out that it will droop to the side. This is also the reason for the 4 stars. So you want the circular parts to be centered. It can with a red ornament attached to the top, which when made to drop was exactly the look I was aiming for! It will look so cute in my whoville inspired class.. Melissa. Edenton, NC. I got these for my front porch. They looked cute, but they are very lightweight kept blowing over with even the slightest gust of wind. They would be great for indoors, but if you put them outside you might need to put them in a weighted planterflower pot.. Holly. Franklin, TN. Fri Sep 25 2026

This slender artificial fir tree showcases a frosted, snow-dusted look that brings a winter feel to your indoor space. The lifelike branches are accented with red berries, adding a seasonal character that works well in any corner of the home. It features 70 warm incandescent lights that cast a soft glow across your holiday decor. This piece stands in a decorative potted base, so it's ready to display on an entryway table or a mantel. Plus, it's battery-powered to allow for flexible placement anywhere without needing a nearby outlet.

These are gorgeous and look just like the picture. I had one on each side of the doors on the front porch for the 2025 Christmas season. They still look new and I plan to use them every year. The red pot base is substantial and heavy, so it is very stable. I didn't have any issues with them blowing over or moving during the last Christmas season. The lights work on a timer (I think they run for 8 hours once they come on) - you just need ot turn them on once when you want them to start the times, then they come on every day at the same time. The batteries lasted all season (6 weeks or so) and were hidden on the back side of the tree (you can move the battery case whereever you want once you position your tree). Note they come with the branches compressed for shipping like all artificial trees, so you'll need to spend some time fluffing them up after you unpack them. It probably took me about 10 minutes to get each one how I wanted it. I love these - they are the best front door decorations I've had! They look fantastic and high end!. Cynthia. AZ. Mon Sep 28 2026

This tree was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The flocking is nice-looking and evenly distributed. The cord that runs through the tree for the lights is also flocked and the trunk is white too. So the overall look is a pretty snow white. The tips of some limbs are a bit floppy and adds a natural looking droop which is a lovely effect. The base is heavy enough to secure the tree and I really like the cool light colored wood effect. It’s my first flocked tree and I like it a lot. I wish there were a few more limbs at the top but when decorated, I won’t even notice it. I’m happy to recommend this pretty lil’ tree.. Kathy. US. I was so disappointed with how the tree was not straight when the top was added to the bottom portion. It was way off and very poorly made. For the amount I paid, I was hoping for a much more cylindrical tree. The foliage was haphazardly added which also was a drawback to the desired beauty and balance of the tree. Personally, I was expecting a much higher quality tree from Birch Lane.. Anonymous. Thu Nov 06 2025
