The tree looks pretty nice. There were a couple of issues. It was missing an attachment piece for one of the branches & the flocking does come off on your clothes and floor. It's fairly easy to assemble, and just remember to take your time. There are 3 parts to the tree, one tree stand, and then the power cord. The branches are hinged and initially wrapped tightly with a strand of garland. After unpacking and untwisting the garland holding the branches, you can gently lower each branch into place. The powercord is rather thin, so I will wrap a protective tube covering around the cord to deter my pets. There is an instruction booklet to help with connecting the cord throughout the tree pieces too. I went with the 7-foot tree, and it will be the tallest in my Christmas tree grove. Had to get a fake tree so I figured I’d go with one that wasn’t trying to look real. The hinges are visible when looking down into the base of the tree (tried to get a photo but hard to capture), but otherwise it’s not bad. Yes, there is mess upon set-up. Decent. I put it together and fluffed it up when I received this tree to make sure I liked it, but I haven't decorated it yet. Pros: I like the size and shape. More full than a pencil tree, but not so fat and full as a traditional looking tree. The plastic needles on the ends of the branches look realistic. It has a good amount of lights and the color of the LED lights matches the warm LED strand lights that I already have. If I wanted to add more they would match. Cons: The middles of the tree is not as full as the top and the bottom. You can see the "trunk" and the trunk is not realistic at all. I'm hopeful that decorating will cover/distract from that. The top section is a little too wide proportionally. I have to not fluff them up as much and let the branches fall down more so it doesn't look too wide. The needles on the inside of the branches are not very realistic, but again, I'm hoping decorating will distract from that. Overall, I like the tree well enough to keep it. It is really beautiful. Not as full as I thought but still a great tree. It’s also not very heavily flocked. It’s more frosted and the middle section is not as coated as the top and bottom sections.
