Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, realistic flames, and good value for the price. They also appreciate the color-changing modes, soothing colors, and effective heating function. While the assembly is generally manageable, opinions on size are mixed, with some noting it is smaller than expected, and a few mentioning fragile materials that chip easily.
