Customers praise the product's quality, appearance, and packaging, noting that colors are often spot on and the item looks beautiful. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material, with some finding it soft and luxurious, while others describe it as thin and prone to shredding. There are also some negative comments about the color accuracy and the fabric being lighter or translucent than expected.
