Customers find the product to be beautiful and easy to assemble, with many praising its appearance and the quality of the lights. The value for money is also frequently mentioned positively, especially when purchased on sale. However, some customers have expressed concerns regarding the quality of the flocking, with it crumbling easily and making the tree messy. There are also mixed opinions on the sturdiness of the stand and the overall durability of certain parts.
