Customers love the product's cute design, festive appearance, and impressive card capacity. Many appreciate that it is well-made, sturdy, and great for displaying numerous holiday cards. However, customers have mixed opinions about the size, with many noting that the pieces are much larger than expected and more suited for floor displays rather than tabletops. Similarly, opinions on quality are mixed, as some report cheap materials, bent parts, or minor assembly challenges.
