Customers praise the product for its high quality, solid sturdiness, beautiful appearance, and useful features like built-in electrical outlets and USB ports. However, opinions are mixed regarding the components, specifically the drawers. While some find them smooth and convenient, many customers note that the drawers are stiff, difficult to open, and require an extra push to close properly.
