Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and functionality of this product, noting it effectively raises trees and deters pets. However, many reviews highlight significant challenges with assembly, including missing pre-drilled holes and difficult hinge installation. Concerns are also raised about the material and sturdiness, with some finding the wood thin and not robust enough for heavier trees.
