Customers find the product attractive and comfortable, with many praising its appearance and sturdiness. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding the seats hard and cushions flattening over time, while others find them comfortable. Assembly is also a point of contention, with some finding it easy and others experiencing difficulties due to complicated instructions and incorrect hardware. The quality is generally viewed positively, though some reviews mention issues with misaligned legs and fabric puckering.
