To restore full loft: tumble dry with 3–4 dryer balls on low heat, stopping every 20 minutes to shake and redistribute fill across the baffle boxes. Alternatively, lay flat in sunlight for several hours. The pad becomes progressively softer and more evenly distributed with each wash.
