The seat is automatically held in a raised position 3” against the wall by a stainless constant friction hinge bracket attached to the rear of the tub seat. The bottom of the seat contains nonskid rubber grip pads to protect surfaces when lowered into its down position. Crafted from durable, water-resistant ½” thick solid teak phenolic top with standard slots for drainage and #304 stainless steel frame ideal for long-lasting use.
