Customers praise the product for its compact size, perfect fit in tight spaces, and easy assembly. They find it very functional for holding lightweight items in narrow areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms. However, opinions on sturdiness are mixed, with some noting it is flimsy, fragile, and not suitable for heavy items.
