Customers appreciate the product's size, finding it perfect for small bathrooms and powder rooms, with many praising its elegant and contemporary design. The appearance is frequently described as beautiful and sleek. While installation is generally reported as easy, some reviews mention a need for professional plumbers. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the depth, with some finding it shallower than expected and prone to splashing, and a design flaw where the overflow collects water.
